We are accepting applications for the 2026 Home Grown Arts Fest!
Our juried show accepts applications only from artisans and crafters who handcraft items to display and sell in their booths. Absolutely no commercially made or direct sales products, resale items, items handmade by someone else, or anything other than your own handmade craft.
Before you apply to the show, please read the information below in its entirety and direct any further questions to [email protected]. We ask that only vendors who are fully willing to follow all show policies submit an application. If the requirements are not a fit for your work, we kindly ask that you not apply.
APPLICATION · The application is entirely electronic. Payment is due at the time of application. No application will be considered without payment. · Applicants will receive confirmation of jury acceptance or denial for participation within 3 weeks. · Refunds will be made for those whose application is not accepted in the jury process. There is a nonrefundable $5.00 processing fee. · Applicants must attach 5 photos of their craft and booth setup for the jury process. The only exceptions are vendors who were accepted in this year’s Spring Folly Arts & Crafts Show and who participated in 2025 Home Grown Arts Fest.
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT · To protect both our vendors and the show, no trademarked or copyrighted content of any kind is allowed—no logos, no characters, no look‑alikes, no exceptions. · Please review your inventory carefully. Non‑compliant items will be removed from the show. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping us maintain a legally compliant show.
RESTRICTED ITEMS · Commercially made, resale, consignment, and direct sale of craft items are not allowed. · Items that can shoot a projectile are prohibited.
ABOUT THE VENUE · The event is in Harmon Park, 152 S. Main Street, Kernersville, in the area closest to Cherry Street. If you’re unfamiliar with this area, check it out on a map. · It’s in a grassy area, not paved. No vehicles allowed in the grass. You can temporarily park to unload your booth stuff on a side street/parking lot and then move your vehicle. Read more about this in the application.
BOOTH SPACE · Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’, and multiple booth spaces can be purchased. · Only straight-legged canopies are allowed. Legs must be weighted with sandbags, buckets, etc. No tent spikes allowed. · Merchandise and seating must remain within your booth space.
WITHDRAWING · You may withdraw at any time by notifying us of your intent at [email protected]. We will refund your fee, minus the nonrefundable $5 processing fee. · No refunds of any kind will be made after August 13, 2026.
SHOW FEES · A $5.00 non-refundable processing fee is included in the booth fee. · Single Booth Space: $50.00 · Double Booth Space: $95.00 · Triple Booth Space: $140.00 · No booth fee refunds after August 13, 2026, including if the event is postponed/cancelled because of dangerous, inclement weather.
