We are excited to be accepting applications for the upcoming 2025 Spring Folly Arts & Crafts Show! Our show is a part of the larger Kernersville Spring Folly event, which you can learn about here.
Our juried show accepts applications only from artisans and crafters who handcraft items to display and sell in their booths. If you provide commercially made or direct sales products, resale items, items handmade by someone else, or anything other then your own handmade craft, please apply to the commercial area of the Spring Folly here.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION APPLICATION The Arts & Crafts Vendor application is entirely electronic. Payment is due at the time of application. Applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance or denial for participation by March 22, 2025. Those applying during the Late Fee timeframe will receive acceptance or denial notification as soon as we jury your application. Refunds will be made for those whose application is not accepted in the jury process.
WITHDRAWING You may withdraw at any time by notifying us of your intent at [email protected]. No refunds of any kind will be made after April 9, 2025.
BOOTH SPACE The Arts & Crafts Show is set up along N Main Street from the intersection of Mountain Street.
Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’, and multiple booth spaces can be purchased. Only straight-legged canopies are allowed. Legs must be weighted with sandbags, buckets, etc. Tent spikes cannot be used on the street. Merchandise and seating must remain within your booth space. You may not block the sidewalks, including setting up chairs behind your booth on the sidewalk.
Electricity is available on a limited basis. Vendors who purchase electrical access must provide their own heavy-duty, three-pronged, exterior extension cord (50-75 feet), and it must be taped securely to the pavement. No one may connect to electricity without paying the connection fee.
Vendors must staff their booth at all times during show hours. Pets are not allowed at this event.
RESTRICTED ITEMS Commercially made, resale, consignment, and direct sale of craft items are not allowed. Items that can shoot a projectile are prohibited. Vendors may not provide food or drink to customers that can be eaten onsite, including candy, chips, and water.
Handcrafted-food vendors who make food items such as mixes are permitted to provide small samples of your product. The food sample should include no more than a half- ounce of product and one chip, cookie, pretzel, etc. that fits in a 1-ounce cup. The Kernersville Arts and Crafts Guild or Kernersville Chamber of Commerce must approve the samples – include a photo of a sample with your application.
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT You may not sell or display any trademarked or copyrighted designs, images, and items (college logos, professional sports team logos, Disney, etc). No exceptions, including if the intent is to appear to be a trademarked or copyrighted image. If you have signs and placards with these trademarked/licensed images/logos, do not use them or cover the images/logos in your signage.
ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW TIMING Arts & Crafts Show vendors will be present May 2 from 6pm-8pm and May 3 from 10am-8pm. The Arts & Crafts show will not extend to Sunday, May 4, even though other aspects of the Spring Folly event will continue. The application has more detail about this.
ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW FEES · December 1 - March 31: Regular fees - $80 per 10x10’ booth space, plus a $5 nonrefundable application fee. · April 1 – 30: Late Fee price increase - $110 per 10x10’ booth space, plus a $5 nonrefundable application fee. · No refunds for accepted vendors after April 9th. There will be no refunds if the event is postponed/cancelled because of dangerous, inclement weather.
